You’ll move into your own fully furnished studio micro-apartment with a kitchenette, a modern bathroom with a shower , and all the comforts you need. At the same time, you’ll be part of a small co-living community with shared spaces and a gym.

Important for you: Our all-inclusive rents come with no surprises - Wi-Fi, heating, and electricity are already included in the price.

Your fully furnished apartment is thoughtfully designed so that you’ll feel at home frommthe very first day: It features its own kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a welcoming reception area , a gym and a co-working lounge – ideal for remote work, studying, or networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
