Are you looking for an event space in Berlin that’s more than just an empty room? At Heidestraße 19 in Berlin-Mitte, we rent out an approximately 60 m² space bathed in natural light for up to 50 people—equipped with a projector, sound system, and a stage that’s particularly well-suited for panel discussions and presentations.


Whether it’s a workshop, team meeting, product launch, or private party: The space is wheelchair accessible and can be used flexibly. We know our space inside and out and will personally guide you through the process from your initial inquiry to on-site setup.

THE AREA

The House of Co Eventspace is located at Heidestraße 19, 10557 Berlin—centrally located, with excellent public transportation connections, and easy to reach. It’s just a 15-minute walk from Berlin Central Station and the Wedding S-Bahn station. Alternatively, bus line 147 will take you directly to us in less than 10 minutes.

How much does it cost to hire the space?
The price depends on the type of use, duration and occasion – just get in touch and we’ll put together a personalised quote for you.
Up to 50 people – standing room only.
Yes, the venue is accessible. There is a small step leading up to the stands – please let us know in advance so that we can provide you with a ramp.
Yes, parking is available – we’ll be happy to provide further details when you get in touch.
A projector and screen, sound via the projector and an additional speaker can be provided, along with Wi-Fi and a gallery for panel discussions.
Ideally 2–3 months in advance, but we’re generally flexible – just get in touch.
There is a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. You will need to organise your own catering.
