The minimum rental period at THE HOUSE OF CO Berlin is six months, while in our houses in Munich, Karlsruhe, and Greifswald, you can only terminate your lease after 12 months, at the end of the semester. Please note the legal notice period of 3 months.
Your tenancy is generally for an indefinite period.
