Welcome to THE HOUSE OF CO Berlin – your new home that perfectly combines privacy and community. You will move into your own fully equipped 1-room micro apartment with a kitchenette, modern bathroom with shower and all the comforts you need. At the same time, you will be part of a small co-living community:

four apartments share a private living area with a spacious living room, dining area and shared kitchen – exclusively for you, with no access for strangers. So you can enjoy both: your own space and inspiring community.

Important for you: our all-inclusive rents come with no surprises – Wi-Fi, heating and electricity are already included in the price.

House of Co: The concept

THE HOUSE OF CO has four separate entrances, each with its own staircase and lift. There are only two co-living apartments per floor, ensuring your privacy at all times. The lift also takes you directly to the underground car park where you can park your bicycle or car.

Your fully furnished flat is around 30 m² in size and has been designed to make you feel at home from day one: it has its own kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It is also connected to a spacious co-living area, which includes a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. A laundry room in the basement provides additional convenience.

On the ground floor, you will also find an inviting reception area and a co-working lounge – ideal for remote working, studying or networking in a relaxed atmosphere.

THE AREA

Everything you need for everyday life is right on THE HOUSE OF CO’s doorstep: shopping facilities such as REWE, DM and a bakery are only about a 2-minute walk away. There are also numerous restaurants and cafés in the neighbourhood, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. Berlin Central Station is only about a 14-minute walk (approx. 1 km) away and offers excellent connections within Berlin and beyond.

In addition, many important facilities are in the immediate vicinity: the Bundeswehr Hospital Berlin is about an 8-minute walk away (650 m), and the Charité hospital is about 20 minutes away (approx. 2 km). Humboldt University is about 12 minutes away by bicycle.
