House of Co Berlin: After Work Reset

Verena Hoffmann vor Grafitti

Your laptop closes. The workday is officially over. And yet — somehow —  it isn’t. Your shoulders are still up by your ears. Your mind is still replaying that one meeting. Your thumb keeps hovering over your inbox “just to check one more time.”

Sound familiar? You’re not doing Afterwork wrong. Your nervous system just never got the memo that the day is done.

We spend so much energy managing the start of our workday — the routines, the coffee, the to-do lists — and almost none managing its end. But without a clear ending, the workday doesn’t stay at the desk. It comes home with you, sits down at dinner, and keeps you company while you’re trying to fall asleep.

What actually happens in this workshop

This is a 60-minute, hands-on Feierabend reset — not a lecture. Together, we’ll:

  • Physically shake the day off — simple, guided movement to release the tension your body has been quietly storing since 9am.
  • Understand the “why” — a short, clear look at why your system needs a defined ending to actually switch modes, and what keeps pulling you back to “work mode.”
  • Build a practical tool — something small and repeatable you can use every single day to mark the transition from work to Feierabend, so arriving at your evening becomes a habit, not a hope.

You’ll leave lighter than you came — with your evening actually feeling like yours.

Hosted by Verena

The workshop is hosted by Verena (Twist Brain & Body) — a former HR Manager turned ICF-certified somatic coach and movement teacher with a nomad soul. She knows the corporate grind from the inside, and now helps people find their way back into their bodies after a day spent mostly in their heads.
