Community in the "living room"
In addition to your own apartment to retreat to and relax in, you can also use our cosy co-living lounges as practical communal areas in THE HOUSE OF CO. Here you can live, eat, work and organise your time as you wish. The fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner, the work area with Wi-Fi and TV is perfect for co-working, and after work you can relax and let the day fade away. From business meetings to games, cooking or TV nights, everything is possible. It just depends on what you make of it.
Community in the courtyard
When the weather is nice and you want to get out into the fresh air, you can spend time in our leafy courtyard. There is space for a social picnic, the morning exercise or even outdoor work. In the evenings, the benches of the outdoor communal area are a popular meeting place for an after-work beer or to share all the experiences and impressions that our colourful capital has to offer. And your bikes will have a permanent home here before you set off on a bike tour through the surrounding area – which also offers plenty of opportunities for group activities!
Lounge Events
There is always a good reason to get together. From a birthday to a business deal, but also for workshops, training sessions or for a private film screening. Exactly for these occasions, as well as for exclusive events by external organisers, THE HOUSE OF CO has a separate area that can be rented by arrangement. With a bar, lounge area and separate workspace in an industrial-cool design, there are no limits to your ideas.
