There are 43 coliving flats at THE HOUSE OF CO, each with four to five individual microapartments. Spacious living/dining areas, high-quality designer furniture, a fully equipped communal kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows create a sense of coziness and conviviality. The separate self-contained apartments guarantee privacy and tranquility.

With THE HOUSE OF CO, a high-quality new residential quarter has been created in the Europacity in Berlin Mitte, which combines privacy and community feeling to create a unique living experience.
